We've partnered with Sylvia- Anais founder of The Guided Healing to get you back to center. With mindful body movements and guided meditation, you will leave this session feeling better than when you started.
This goes beyond improving flexibility and strength, yoga, and mindfulness impact the social, emotional, mental, and physical health of anyone who practices.
