Gently apply the balm to the affected area using smooth, circular motions.. Be sure to cover the entire area, and don't press too hard; let the balm do the work. You can apply the balm as often as needed throughout the day. For optimal results, reapply after bathing or whenever your skin feels dry or uncomfortable.
